Summary of the ANVAL Process
The ANVAL process is an industrial manufacturing technique for seamless tubes or profiles by extrusion of metallic powder billets.
- Properties are as good or better than corresponding wrought steel parts.
- A special design of the billets provides both a better yield (material useage) and surface appearance than the conventional route.
- Products like composite tubes or profiles can be made with good yields, while sustaining a safe and green production.
- Raw material losses are not bigger than 10%
